They prompt you to order drugs that cant be ordered together and then dont ship any because they come from different departments. They dont tell you though. You just run out of drugs. Hideous. I have to use them with my work contract. The app reflects the general poor quality of the company.

I have it on my iPad and it is very easy to use. I can reorder my refills with no problems. It even shows which medicines that are currently ready to be refilled.

It worked on registration when the computer app would not. After catching on it is actually better than I thought.

This app allows me to do squat w my Rxs. Its good for one thing, making sure your credentials work! POS!!

Frontend is crisp in the ui, but the backend seems to take soooo long to respond the app becomes unusable.

Less frustrating than before. Still a 2-3. Medicine Cabinet often fails to function properly. Appreciate you now contact my Doc for reorders. Employees fine, site needs improvement.

Terrible app. Cant believe a company as big as Optum cant afford some decent programmers. Locks up, goes dead for a while. Non intuitive. Need to load app multiple times to perform a med renewal and a med order. Buggy!!!

I wanted the app to refill medication, but could only look at what I have (not able to refill). So I instead had to click the link to the "full site," had to re-login to a site not designed for mobile, and then was able to do it. (The app was basically useless)

I havent been able to sign in to this mobile app. I keep entering correct the user name and password and it does nothing. Its very frustrating.

I see others have had problems with this app but I havent had any. Its been easy and quick to use!

If I could give less than zero stars, I would. Thought it would be a great idea to have the app fir when I was at my doctors office, but it would not let me log in using my credentials. Do frustrating I deleted the app. Waste of time.

This app makes my online ordering from my mail pharmacy so easy. Everything is right there, so convenient! Love it!

Id give it zero stars if that was an option. Why? In three words: IT DOESNT WORK. Cant see anything in the "Prescriptions" area--just white space. "Menu" only allows you to see your profile. THAT IS IT! Seriously, why bother having an app that is so frustratingly bad?

It works but its really the bare minimum to be considered an app. This is nothing more than their mobile site. Seriously... Let me save my USERNAME if nothing else. Id love fingerprint logins too.

Really needs to stop having constant errors and add Touch ID to sign in

I can not even login. Just spinning a spinning ring. Nothing more than another poor designed web browser based app. I dont even consider these apps. Dont try accessing their web page on iOS either. Gets stuck.

My login works on the website, but not in this or any Optum app. Just sits and loads but never gets anywhere.

App barely loads. Logging in just leads to an error message. If you get lucky enough to log in, there isnt much to the app.
